So, today, my precious baby boy went to “school” for the first time. 

I’d like to say I’m fine, because I am (for the most part), but honestly, I spend every two minutes wondering if he’s okay.  I haven’t gotten any panicked phone calls yet, and the news hasn’t broken with some story about a maniacal toddler terrorizing the south end of town, so I think everything is okay. 

But I am counting down the minutes till I can pick him up and take him home and love on him.

So.  Let’s talk about my weekend.  And interject it with worry about my boy being at school.  Sound like fun?  Good.  Let’s begin. (more…)
