Our first podcast. Maybe. If it works. If not, just dream of the wittiness you’re missing.

I know. It says it’s just buffering, right? Well, after an hour of just getting the damn icon to come up, I give up. For today. But trust me.. there is wittiness out there. Somewhere. Maybe not in THIS podcast, but somewhere.

(Anyone have ANY thoughts? I’ve installed the wp-plugin Audio Player, which seems adequate. Except that I can’t make it work. I would bet money that it’s not the player’s fault. Don’t hate the player, like they say.. hate the game.)

This is probably one of my favorite pictures in my entire Flickr set, because The Boy sat at the computer for almost an hour and came up with some killer pics. I was really very impressed with the subtlety of his shots.

Really, I was impressed because his father’s idea of subtlety on film always (ALWAYS!) includes my breasts. Maybe The Boy doesn’t have these outlets available to him, but his stuff really made me proud. There were some crazy shots (he is STILL seven, after all), but there were also quite a few shots like these, where just one facet of the picture is wonky. Just enough to make you tilt your head and go, “Is that a real pic?”

Don’t let me mislead you.. this is the ONLY place we’ve seen subtlety from him. Try playing putt-putt with him. He will make you want to club yourself in the eye.
