So this is my first official entry on the new addition to our family: a MacBook.
Admittedly, I resisted the Mac world. I had one of the original MacBooks (and yes, I still have it.. and it still works), but I found it difficult to toggle between home and work because what would load on one machine (I use a PC at work) wouldn’t load on the other one. Well, that, and the shift key on my other machine was broken, and I (and I know it’s stupid) associated Macs with having one broken shift key.
But when I offered the option of a MacBook to Bryan, he was INSANELY excited. Photoshop, webcasts, and all sorts of other cool stuff awaited us. Widgets, Sarah, widgets! Why are we hesitating?
So I caved. And for my birthday, I was given a brand new MacBook.
Which I’m currently loving.
We’re going to play around with the built-in webcam this weekend, and try and figure out PhotoBooth and PhotoShop. It sounds like so much learning, my head is spinning.
