So, because it’s been almost 90 degrees in Huntsville, I packed accordingly for California.  California, right?  Place of beaches and sunshine?  Here’s our weather thus far.. Sarah will be hitting the Ross Dress for Less this evening.

I’m trying to be positive about my experience thus far, because Lord knows it could be WAAAY worse.  But have you ever been in one of those positions where you realize a peer of yours knows NOTHING about the job you both do?

Today, I had to teach someone who does my job (and has for five years, so probably makes a great deal more money than I do): how to connect to a printer; how to use a template to make table tents; how to use arrows in a PowerPoint flow chart..

It’s gonna be a long week.
