I like that quote because it’s how I go through life.  Not intentionally, of course, but it helps with the “moving on” process when you can’t remember why exactly you’re moving on in the first place.  It’s why I’m not one of those poor souls stuck in denial about life; I don’t remember why I should be in denial. 

If that’s not an argument for the legalization of marijuana, I don’t know what is.

I wish I had something substantial to say today, but I don’t.  I slept in (it was Thursday, so Bryan gets the bathroom first); I tried to stand in line for a flu shot; I got too cold and felt bad for the old people behind me, so I relinquished my spot; and now I’m here.  It is sushi Thursday, so that’s what I’ve got lined up for today.

Now you’re completely informed.

Saw the inimitable Ron Harris last night.  He is such a complete character.  Who else would tell you, “I like your head”?  Followed by, “What product is in your head”?  And finished with, “Hm.  I like that product in your head.  But don’t use it anywhere else.”  Awkward.  But in a truly delectable way.

Hung out with the Wine Witch last night at the Lee one-act.  That was fun.  She says she’s been hoarse for two weeks now.. which means she’s an awesome teacher.

Random thought: what is with the sudden influx of metal zippers?  In the last week, I have made two purchases (a pair of pants and a purse) that both have metal zippers.  And plastic zippers are not something you necessarily miss until you have scratched up your knuckles trying to get your keys out of your purse.
