I’m feeling very selfish today.  Which sucks, cause I don’t wanna be.  But I am.

You know what I miss? (Get ready for a big ole dose of Sarah’s-a-bitch.) I miss being doted on.  I miss dinners out.  I miss flowers.  I miss seeing movies.  I miss dressing up for a date.  I miss eating food that wasn’t cooked in my kitchen.  I miss shopping.  I miss..

And all I can think is.. if this is married life, why does anyone do it?

Please don’t misunderstand.. I’m very much in love.  But part of me.. admittedly, the selfish girlie part that could bat her eyes and get WHATEVER she wanted.. is screaming "What about M-E-E-E-E-E?"

It’s probably the impending holiday.

In happier news, I got a new purse last night.  It makes me happy.  It makes me happy because: 1) I had my last purse for six months (a new record!!) and 2) it’s bright fuscia.  I’m thrilled with it. 

A purse should not make me so happy.
