Once upon a time, there were some carolers. They had known eachother for years, had both admired each other’s talents even longer, and they always had fun caroling together. As they entered the stage for the VERY FIRST narrative, his arm knocked her bonnet into her face. For some unknown reason, she decided that "the show must go on!" and she continued singing into a bonnet. When she moved around him as the choreography dictated, she finally pushed it out of the way.. only to reveal her partner trying his darndest to hold iin his guffaws. And only half succeeding. From then on, they NEVER made it through a narrative without giggling at eachother, and caroling together became a sport.
She also kicked his ass in the ball-in-the-cup game at the toy cart. Repeatedly.
And they were the winners at grab-ass. Every night.
The end.
(I hope it at least made you smirk, my Waterpail.)
So last night was a good night. As you’ll see on
Bryan’s site, he was granted a great opportunity at an old job. This is not only a HUGE ego boost for him, but a great supplemental income for us. Very excited about that. And Lord knows he’s good at what he did there.. he was a top performer, no question. Knew the programs, the customers, and the pricing inside and out. Can’t wait to watch him guide everyone.
(Sarah is majorly attracted to people who are good at what they do.)
Also found The Dress, half price online. Yay!!
I went on some Betty Crocker kick last night. I have no idea what I was thinking. I went home, cleaned house, cooked dinner.. and dessert.. and made fresh blueberry muffins for breakfast this morning (and, amazingly, did not eat ANY of them).. I just suddenly had this domestic charge. It was kinda nice.. all of the smells floating around in a clean house.. Bryan in such a good mood..
It’s all good. Life is good.
