Sarah went home yesterday a bit early and slept for three hours.  Then she woke up, rummaged for some burnt pizza, worked out, walked the dogs, and went back to sleep at nine.  She woke up with a low-grade fever and was extremely dizzy.  She is now preparing for her weekly stand-up, but she left her computer/reading glasses in the car.  This is not helping her dizziness.

Prognosis?  Sarah has an acute case of third-person syndrome.
