I really thought today was gonna suck. Admittedly. I had decided today was the day that I would make a very difficult, official, and humbling announcement. And I really thought it was going to suck.
It didn’t.
Everything’s fine. All is well. Sarah is still Sarah. Love her or hate her, she really doesn’t care. And she enjoys talking about herself in third person. So she farts in your general direction.
Our company is now fully-involved with the relief effort, and they’re making real-time donations, which is awesome. That means that they’re not shipping random items down to "New Orleans"; that means that they’re in touch with authorities and actual shelters and are buying them what they specifically need and getting it to them. That’s a wonderful thing.
Saw that there’s a concert on Friday night for the storm victims. I think Bryan and I may be at RHC, but that’s still a great thing.
(Anyone else wanna visit Renaissance that night?)
I’m very sleepy. It’s been a draining day. But you know what? It was totally worth it.
Sap me dry, if you think you can. I’m a fountain of renewal.
