Things that have been made obvious in the last 24 hours:
- Bearing a child doesn’t make you a mother.
- Being a step-mother doesn’t make hard choices hurt any less.
- I’m not totally over my stomach flu.
- Sometimes, when biting your tongue, it helps to rub the coven medallion around your neck.
- Being a team means sometimes standing strong when your teammate can’t.
- "Consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds."
- No matter how big it feels sometimes, Huntsville is a small town, and word travels.
- I am blessed. Hard times make that all the more obvious.
