Remember how I said I was all meh about SYTYCD this week?
Oh, Mia. Mia, Mia, Mia my love. You made me cry with this piece.
(The backstory: the male dancer, Kupono, is portraying Addiction and the female, Kayla, is portraying the addict. Notice the tug-of-war and the EXTREME expression of the dancers. Mia is just a genius. Hands down. I’ve met Wade Robson, and yes he smells like warm Krispie Kremes mixed with baby unicorns, but Mia? I may just make out with Mia.)

There is addiction in my family, and this piece absolutely broke me. I was holding back sobs. Mia is a genius.
it is forbidden in my house to watch sytycd without the monkey. she will hurt you. but i don’t think i could watch it without her. she’s always there to hug me when the dancing is so beautiful it makes me cry.
