Can I just say that the weather here in HuntsVegas has been GORGEOUS the last two days? Of course, we’re watching it from the inside of the house, most often from the bathroom window, but still. GORGEOUS.
We’re all still chillin’ here in the Brown-Comer house. Bryan’s still got the worst of it, with tons of explosive bouts and a fever that comes and goes. Binja’s much better, but he’s cranky like there’s an ear infection around the corner. I still visit the bathroom every now and again, but I feel fine.
We put a formal offer on a house yesterday. Our realtor asked to come pick up the paperwork, but we left it on the front porch and wouldn’t let him come inside. Unclean! Unclean! The house that we’re bidding on is super awesome, because it needs our TLC. It’s repairs that we would LOVE to make, versus repairs that we know absolutely nothing about. (Like the last house.) It’s solidly built, in a fabulous and quiet neighborhood, and we’re hoping he excepts this offer.
The worst part of coming off of a stomach bug is you feel famished, but you KNOW that eating would be a bad thing. I made some Pasta-Roni last night and ate half of it, and today I had some fruit and Nutella. (I couldn’t resist it.) But you know what’s a great way to rethink your dietary habits? Not being able to keep a damn thing down for a couple of days.
Next week, Binja starts daycare full-time. I can’t wait to see what new bugs he brings home.
