Okay, it’s true: Bloglines officially sucks.
This is not even an opinion. It’s a fact. It’s slow, it’s ugly, and you’re lame for using it. (Is that part opinion or fact? Only time will tell!)
So use Google Reader!
Most everyone I know already has a Gmail address, because it’s pretty and it keeps conversations in order. (I don’t know how I ever lived before email made easy-to-read threads of multiple responses.) If you have Gmail, you’ve already got an account to set up your Google Reader, and you can export your subscription list! So why are you not using it?
My FAVORITE new feature of Google Reader is (by far) the fact that if you have “friends” on Gmail (other Gmail users that you’ve communicated with), and THEY use Google Reader, they can share stuff that they find interesting with you. You wanna talk about a diverse reading list.. I’ve found great articles on organization, photography, and things I would’ve never found if it weren’t for that feature. And I’m slowly inundating the world with LOLCats. (Maybe not slowly. It depends on how many NOM NOM NOMs there are in a day.)
So if you’re not using Google Reader, go sign up! Cause I would LURVE to stalk what you’re reading.
