New year, post-baby, and Sarah’s looking into diets and diet crazes.  I considered Alli, the new pill, but this article regarding medical alternatives warns Alli “can cause oily bowel movements so frequently that the package insert suggests women wear a panty liner”.  Um, seriously?!
