Little Things Left.

Everyone always asks if I’ve got the nursery “all set”.   My answer is always yes, because (in my mind) the child has a place to sleep and a place for me to strap him down (bonus that it’s a changing table!  Two tools in one!), so he’d be set if he decided to come tomorrow.  While I’ll admit that I drool over the moms and dads who do their nurseries to the hilt, I’ll also admit that it’s just not high on my list of priorities.  I have better things to do, like stuff my face with Baconators. (Hmmm.. bacony goodness.)

I do have a list of things that I’m trying to get to make the nursery complete.

Opera Comforter Set, Baroque

I have been waiting for this bedset to go on sale from WalMart. (Yes, WalMart.  The store that I believe is funded by Satan himself and openly invite to kiss my lardacious, dimpled ass.  But it’s so pretty and inexpensive!) It matches our crib set perfectly, and the neutral colors make all of the other baby toys (especially the zany crackhead Baby Einstein toys) just POP.

So I’ve been trying to show you these wool shades from Target, but every time I try and save, it tells me that there is no appropriate representation of the post.php on this server.  Make sense to you?  Me neither.  So we will pass on the shades.

Did I sneak a link in there, site?  DID I?!

KORALL Mobile

I love this mobile that Jessica found from IKEA.  It is most definitely Seussian.. it’s got a red and a blue fish there!  Sure, it doesn’t play music or do anything cool, but look at how precious it is!

And, finally, one more thing that I need to complete the nursery:

That sweet boy right there. (Scary thought.. this was taken over TWO months ago.  Imagine how huge he is now!)

Here's where I am!

I love the mobile! Definitely Dr. Suess. And the bed set is gorgeous too. We shan’t speak of where it is purchased…ahem…
